Nowadays
Despite the acts of vandalism that it suffered after its abandonment, among which are intentional fires and graffiti on its exterior, the house remains standing and was restored to be conditioned as a museum. Currently, the house presents various declarations in relation to its value as cultural and historical heritage, constituting the work as an important event in the approach to modern architecture by Amancio Williams.

- National Historic-Artistic Monument (Decree 262/97)
- Cultural, Historical, Architectural and Environmental Heritage of the Province of Buenos Aires (Law 13,599).
- Patrimonial, Cultural, Natural Interest by the Municipality of General Pueyrredon (Ordinance 10,075)
- The Casa sobre el Arroyo Museum has a Forest Reserve declaration (Ordinance 13.410)
